Healthy Diet


Hello guys! Is your body slim enough? Maybe you want to do diet? Or maybe you are in a diet program right now? Some of you might do the diet program, but is your diet way correct? Maybe the way you do diet is burdened yourself? Today we are going to share about the simple ways to do diet, healthy diet. Read some steps bellow..


1.    Eat 3 times each day

When you do diet, it doesn’t mean that you are forbidden to eat, it doesn’t mean that you have to avoid foods. You need to eat while diet. Maybe some of you think that when you doing diet it means that you have to decrease your eat frequency in each day. But you have to know that although you are in diet, you have to eat 3 times each day. Your body needs nutrition from food, so it is needed to eat 3 times a day when you in a diet program.


2.   Decrease the carbohydrate 


Eat 3 times a day, but you have to decrease the carbohydrate. Don’t eat rice (and another foods contain carbohydrate) too much, because carbohydrate will increase your body weight. So, you have to cut the portion of rice when you eat. Eat rice less than usual.



3.    Love vegetables and fruits


To replace the portion of rice that has been cut, you can add more vegetables when you eat. Vegetable contains much degrees of water and mineral, it doesn’t give much calorie. Vegetable also contains fiber (serat) that is good for our body. Not only vegetable, fruit also contain high nutrition, water, and fiber. It helps us to keep our self from hunger, it pending our hunger. So it is good for you to eat vegetables and fruit more than usual.




4.   Avoid snacks

Don’t consume snacks too much, it will be better if you stop consume snacks. Although you eat food less, but if you consume snacks much, it won’t help you to be success doing diet. In another word, just try to “hate” snacks so you will not eat snacks.
 



  5.   Drink and drink

 

Drinking water, in this case is mineral water, can give a good affect to your body. Water can supply energy for our body. When you drink mineral water, it can help you to stay in a general condition, it means you will not get hungry easily. Mineral water also helps our body to discard toxin from our body, that’s the special function of water. So, drink water much more, mineral water. Don’t think that another drink (such as juice, soda, milk, coffee, tea) has the same function as mineral water, those are different.




  6.  Doing exercise


Doing exercise every day. It will be better if you have a routine schedule to do exercise. When you do exercise, then your body produces sweats, the toxin from your body will go out from your body (the same as previous point). Besides that, by doing exercise the fat in your body will be burned, so it helps you so much to be slimmer.
