1. Soya Bean and Spinach
Same with combined above, soya bean and green onion could give a bad effect on the absorption because green onion contains oxalate acid too, that could destroy all calcium and protein from soya bean. If someone eats soya bean and green onion together in long periods of time, they can get bones broken and osteomalacia (softening of the bones).
3. Milk and Chocolate
Believe it or not, milk and chocolate cannot be combined together. Wow, I think all of us love drink chocolate milk, but the fact says that it’s not good. Why? Because when the protein + calcium in milk be eaten together with oxalate acid in chocolate, they can form an oxalate calcium that can cause diarrhea.
4. Yoghurt and Ham (beef)
For all of you who like
sandwich/ burger/ beef and yoghurt, don’t eat them together. Why? because it
isn’t good for your body health, it can cause cancer. Sometimes, the meat
producers add nitrate on meat to prevent decay, but when organic acid meet with
nitrate acid, it transformed into carcinogen that can cause cancer. So, beware
guys.
5. Soybean Milk and Egg
For you who like soybean milk and egg, don’t eat and drink those at the same time. Beware, because it can cause lack of protein. Egg can reduce the activity of protease, enzyme that absorbed a protein from milk.
6. Milk and Vegetables
So surprising that milk and vegetable couldn’t be consumed together. Why? Because the chemical substances on vegetables can cause negative effect on the calcium metabolism process from the milk. So guys, don’t drink a milk after eating vegetables.
7. Mutton and Vinegar
If mutton and vinegar are cooked together, they can cause the over reactive of
energy and circulation. And also, both of them, mutton and vinegar are not good for you heart.
8. Meat and Watermelon
Meats that have a “hot” characteristic, like mutton, couldn’t be eaten together with watermelon. If you eat watermelon after eating mutton, it can reduce the nutrient of the mutton that you've eaten.
Beef and chestnut are healthy, but they cannot be combined together because
vitamin C in chestnut could react with micro in beef that could reduce the
nutrient in chestnut. This combined are not good for digestion.

Eating Shrimp with vitamin C (drink or food) could give you a bad affect.
Because shrimp has a compound As2O5 or arsenic pentoxide, when it reacts with
vitamin C it could be an arsenic trioxide, a deadly toxic. So after eating
shrimp, you have to avoid drinks that contain vitamin C.
